“Smiling Baby”, Baby Care Products store celebrates Children’s Day”

Chennai, 16^th October:

Smiling Baby, a baby care store located in Adyar celebrated Children’s Day with a fashion show for kids. The event was held within the store premises. There over 100 registrations for the event and kids in the age between 4 months to 4 years participated and graced the event. The Grand Prize was awarded to Baby Srinivas Rathinam who is also a resident of Adyar. He was dressed up as Jerry – The Mouse who was in search of Cheese. There were various other decorations made by parents such as Apple Baby, Spiderman, Chhota Bheem, Princess, Barbie and Kutti Krishna to name a few. The parents of the participants appreciated the efforts of the store and wished more such events are held in the future.

 The store is home to an array of Indian and International brands -  names like Pigeon, Nuby, Chicco, Avent, JL Morrisons, Apple Baby, Fisher Price, Barbie, Disney, Hotwheels, Funskool, Himalaya, Johnson & Johnson, Pampers, Mamy Poko being a few of them.

The store is one of its kind in the country - spread over 1600 Sq Feet, and has a well laid out play area and an activity centre - where the young ones can spend time exploring the world of toys and also engage in creative activities such as colouring, drawing, painting, etc. The creation of kids at the store will be displayed in the walls of Smiling Baby, which also has an exclusive Nursing Room for mothers and ample car parking, Lift Facility and other amenities.

 Speaking on the event and its value add to the community, S Shriram, Founder of Smiling Baby added: “It will be our endeavor to conduct various events focused on children from time to time. We believe such events would bring us closer to our customers and Smiling Baby shall be a platform to display the skills of the young ones”.
